We believe the single most important thing we can do as educators is to staff our schools and programs with a dedicated and passionate team. As a result, we search relentlessly for the most talented individuals in the country to lead our schools, teach in our classrooms, tutor our students, and work at the organization level.
For lead teacher candidates, we are looking for those with 2+ years of experience as a full-time lead teacher in a classroom (not including student teaching). If you are interested in working at Match as a lead teacher but don't yet have 2 years of full-time experience, please look into our Match Associate Teacher Program .
