The goal of the Sposato Graduate School of Education® is to train unusually effective first-year teachers and school leaders for low-income students. At the end of the two-year program, students are awarded a Master's Degree in Effective Teaching. The program is mapped backwards from the demands of working in the highest performing urban public schools in America.
The Sposato Graduate School of Education offers a totally unique pathway to teaching—aligning coursework and coaching to ensure our alumni can succeed on the first day of their teaching career.
