Using the Match Curriculum
1. Match Fishtank and the Match Curriculum
Welcome to Match Fishtank! The Match Foundation, Inc. (referred to on this page collectively as "Match Education," “Match,” “we,” “us” or “our”) makes available a version of the curriculum we use at Match Charter Public School (the “Match Curriculum”) through the Match Fishtank site at www.matchfishtank.org (“Match Fishtank”). Match Fishtank is our effort to share the Match Curriculum with teachers everywhere to lessen their lesson-planning load so that they are able to spend less time worrying about what to teach and more time planning how to teach, with the unique learning needs of their students in mind.
The Match Curriculum includes both content owned by Match (“Match Content”) and content owned by third parties (“Third-Party Content”).
2. Match Content
We make available the Match Content under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Public License (the “CC BY-NC-SA License”). Except as otherwise noted (as described in Section 3 below), content in the Match Curriculum is Match Content, and you may copy, share, modify and build upon the Match Content for noncommercial purposes as described in Section 2 (Scope) of the CC BY-NC-SA License.
If you share the Match Content, you are required to give us credit as set forth in Section 3(a) (Attribution) of the CC BY-NC-SA License so that it is clear to others that we are the source of the Match Content, and which license terms apply to use of the Match Content. We have provided some examples below of how you might give us credit in connection with excerpts or modified versions of the Match Content that you post online, include in printed materials or otherwise share.
If you create materials that are derived from or based upon the Match Content and make those materials available to the public by any means, you are required to allow others to use those materials as set forth in Section 3(b) (ShareAlike) of the CC BY-NC-SA License.

3. Third-Party Content

When possible, we also provide information about the author and the title of the Third-Party Content. If we modify Third-Party Content and include such content in the Match Curriculum, we indicate that we have done so by noting that such content has been “modified by modified by The Match Foundation, Inc.” or is a “derivative of” Third-Party Content.
